Healthy Campus Initiative, EatWell (UCLA)
OVERVIEW:

Envisioned and supported by Jane and Terry Semel, the Healthy Campus Initiative (HCI) is committed to making UCLA the healthiest campus in America. Rooted in UCLA's long-term commitment to fostering a culture of health and wellbeing, HCI supports the enhancement and expansion of current health and wellbeing efforts; offers new and interesting approaches to exercise, mental health, and eating well; encourages the creation of new projects, academic programs, and policies; fosters synergies and coordination among the myriad groups and programs that support and educate about wellbeing at UCLA; and provides students, staff, and faculty with fun and exciting ways to make it easy to live well.

HCI's EatWell Pod is the hub of all food and nutrition programming on campus. Their website features current events and initiatives on campus, relevant resources for improving food and nutrition programming on campus and in the community, and related courses and academic programs.
